The hotel had an absolutely perfect and magnificent location steps away from Casino Bad Ragaz. the venue itself was in a calm area, right by the park and golf course, the hill where is very quiet and comfortable, and a cheerful burbling creek. - the breakfast was savory with an option of cooked eggs, the best we had in Bad Ragaz.

This hotel is located in a peaceful street, close to the river and within walking distance of the main square and thermal bad. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable with basic amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities and beautiful views of the mountains around. The breakfast options are excellent, with a wide variety of food including cooked eggs.
Couldn't find anything that needed improvement during our stay.

Pleasant staff (especially Anita on reception) Quiet, friendly & helpful. Excellent location to the golf course.
The pillows were too soft (feathers) & the shower curtain should be replaced with 'screens/doors'

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a central location. The eclectic furniture gave the place a unique and interesting vibe. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel also had a convenient internet router on every floor, ensuring we always had a reliable connection. we had a great experience at this affordable hotel.
Although the hotel had a kitchen in our room, it was not well-equipped. We only had three plates, two glasses, and no knives.

This hotel is a family run hotel. not really of our expectation, but The Hotel's breakfast was good; though it's simple, only a few croisant and eggs..., but I can tell the food is organic and they are very tasty.

Great value for money, especially considering the low price we paid for our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations with excellent service and friendly, trust-worthy staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet street but still within easy walking distance to the thermal bath and other attractions in town. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had comfortable beds. The breakfast included in our stay was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of choices and even cooked-to-order eggs. this hotel provided basic amenities and a cozy atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

Excellent hotel. The staff at reception (I guess the master) is very very friendly and helpful. The room was really big and clean with everything you need, a small fridge and a safe also included. A small buffet breakfast is free, enough to be full. What important is, when you go to Bad Ragaz just for the Tamina, it is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the train station 15 minutes walk. Best value for money!
There were too many mirrors in the room, one of them just upon the head of the bed, which made me uncomfortable. The bed was a little short. All the other things perfect.
